Good, but not games January 2, 2010 Game Lady Lisa As previous reviewers have noted, this is a book of worksheets, not games. Those hoping for math games should look elsewhere, such as Family Math : The Middle School Years, Algebraic Reasoning and Number Sense. That being said, this is a good book to use for extra practice and/or review of skills. It is well organized, so it is easy to find a worksheet on, for instance, the order of operations. I use it frequently in my tutoring of jr. high and high school students, a group for which it is often difficult to find materials.
Fabulous reproducibles! December 7, 2009 P. Weber Great activities to review skills and motivate students. Easily implemented into the daily curriculum.

I purchased for my girlfriend during her student teaching. She was able to use alot of the information in this book to bring the fun back to math. It helped her motivate the students.
Not Games April 6, 2009 Math Teacher (California) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I like this book and highly recommend anything by the Muschla's. But this is a book of worksheets, not games. It does contain entertaining and challenging worksheets that are useful in the classroom. I more often will use their Algebra Teacher's Activity Kit or the Geometry Teacher's Activity Kit.
Not really games, but still great! February 5, 2009 livingend (Sin City) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
These are not "games" like you might imagine. They are simply interesting math problems. It's a great resource!
