Product Description Like to hear hilarious stories about your friends and family? If so; then FIB-OR-NOT? is the game for you. FIB-OR-NOT? is the outrageously funny bluffing game where players tell stories; learn funny things about each other - and see what their friends will believe. Just how well do you know your friends; and how well do they know you? Find out in this side-splitting party game where you can get the scoop . . . or get duped! Here's how it works. Players tell stories based on humorous subjects they select. But it's up to the storyteller to decide if they peddle the real deal or cook-up a tall tale. Then everyone secretly votes whether they think the story is a FIB...or NOT. The more players you bamboozle; the faster you move ahead. Learning about your friends has never been more fun. But don't take our word for it; look at what some of the critics have to say...TOP 10 NEW GAMES- The San Francisco Chronicle TOP 5 PARTY GAMES About.com TOP 8 FAMILY SOCIAL GAMES- Family Fun Magazine RECOMMENDED GAME- Better Holmes & Gardens TOP 10 FAMILY GAMES - Dallas Child FAVORITE GAME; TOY FAIR - WNYC New York Kids RECOMMENDED GAME- College Outlook Magazine TOP 10 SOCIAL GAMES- Toastmasters International RECOMMENDED GAME - American Girl Magazine SEAL OF EXCELLENCE - Creative Child Magazine RECOMMENDED GAME Woman's Day Magazine.

A Great Party Game December 2, 2008 B. Hemmerich (Delafield, WI USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was hosting a company party and wanted to play a game that would help us get to know each other on a non-work level. We played this game and it was a huge hit! I plan on playing it again with friends at our annual New Year's Eve Party.
Fib or Not? This game is great...and that's not a fib! June 23, 2004 Lynn G. (St. Louis, Mo United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a very fun, entertaining game. It's a great way to interact with and get to know others. We had a lot of laughs and surprises playing it. A bonus is that you can play it with as few as two people. Enjoy!
So you think you know everything? December 6, 2003 Kelly (Saint Paul, MN) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
My husband and I have never been short on conversation, so you'd think we'd know everything about each other and our friends. Well, we played this game at one of our parties and were surprised by the number of the interesting, adventurous and even silly little things we learned about everyone. One of the best things about Fib or Not? is that it was very very easy to play - it only took a couple minutes for all of us to get into the swing of the game. The way it works is that players select subject cards to get a topic for a story. The cards have many great topics that help spur memories of stories (about you, your friends or someone you know). Then players take turns telling stories - but with a twist. The stories can be real or made up. The other players then have to guess if the story really happened or if they are being bluffed. The game has cute characters that help set the stage for the lightheartedness of the game play, quality game pieces and voting chips that actually feel good in your hands (these weren't made in China!) and easy to understand instructions that also include some tips for good story telling. In short, we had a blast playing the game and highly recommend it for any party or as an excuse to get together with friends.
Get the opportunity to lie for a good reason! November 3, 2003 Meryl K. Evans (Plano, TX) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Forget everything mama told you about lying. It's welcome in this game. If your party is lifeless or everyone is sick of the usual activities, grab Fib or Not? to break the ice. Share wild stories, fact or fiction.Get the party started with the storyteller who has to draw a card to get the topic of the story. The game has many story topics such as telling about a surprise party, getting a scar, or a fear. The pressure doesn't stop there because it's a race against the timer, too. Each player takes a turn guessing if the story is a tall tale or the real deal. The more people the storyteller bamboozles, the more spaces to move closer to the winner's circle. Expect to crack up before the game ends and go home talking about so and so's great story. A bonus is the opportunity for players to learn more about one another unless every story is fiction! The game works great at teen parties, college parties, adult get-togethers, family gatherings, and kid events.
A big hit even with younger children - a great family game November 24, 2001 Donna Becker (Fort Worth, TX) 12 out of 19 found this review helpful
I'd highly recommend this game. We tried out this game with my Girl Scout Troop - Girls between Kindergarten through 2nd grade, and a few Jr. High school girls. Even though some of the girls are younger than the recommended age, they had a blast telling stories about their lives, and liked to add just enough "lies" to make the stories fun. They truly loved the game, and couldn't wait until it was available. This is a great game to play with your children. I had a lot of fun listening to the girls' experiences, and we laughed a whole lot together during the game. I'm also a foster parent, and this is an EXCELLENT way to learn about new children in the home in a non-threatening, non-interrogating, and fun way. This would be a great way for your children (or grandchildren) to learn about your life as a youngster, as well.
